Vegetable & Rice Puree
Recommended for Stage 1 (5-6 months old)
Ingredients
- 1 small risotto
- 3 tablespoons water
[Carrot]
- 1 tablespoon Baby Potage carrot
- A few broccoli florets
OR
[Corn & Potato]
- 1 tablespoon Baby Potage potato
- 1 tablespoon Baby Potage corn
Instructions
- First, make simple congee (rice porridge) following your baby’s stage
- Boil the broccoli and set aside
- Put Baby Potage carrot, potato, corn in separate bowls. Add the same amount of water and mix. (Adjust the texture as needed)
- Pour congee (rice porridge) into two bowls
- [Carrot]: Shape Baby Potage carrot to carrot shapes on the surface. Cut broccoli into small pieces like a carrot's top and place them on top of the carrot shaped Baby Potage carrot
- [Corn & Potato] In another bowl, shape Baby Potage corn to triangle shapes, and put Baby Potage potato on top of the Baby Potage corn like an ice cream top
