Vegetable & Rice Puree

Recommended for Stage 1 (5-6 months old)

Ingredients

  • 1 small risotto
  • 3 tablespoons water

[Carrot]

  • 1 tablespoon Baby Potage carrot
  • A few broccoli florets

OR

[Corn & Potato]

  • 1 tablespoon Baby Potage potato
  • 1 tablespoon Baby Potage corn

Instructions

  1. First, make simple congee (rice porridge) following your baby’s stage
  2. Boil the broccoli and set aside
  3. Put Baby Potage carrot, potato, corn in separate bowls. Add the same amount of water and mix. (Adjust the texture as needed)
  4. Pour congee (rice porridge) into two bowls
  5. [Carrot]: Shape Baby Potage carrot to carrot shapes on the surface. Cut broccoli into small pieces like a carrot's top and place them on top of the carrot shaped Baby Potage carrot
  6. [Corn & Potato] In another bowl, shape Baby Potage corn to triangle shapes, and put Baby Potage potato on top of the Baby Potage corn like an ice cream top
