Our Story

Every parent wants their kids to love vegetables. As parents to toddlers, we know this can feel like mission impossible. This is why Baby Potage was born. 

The first 1000 days of a baby's life is the most important window to get the nutrition they need and to instill a love of healthy foods.  If you want your child to love and eat vegetables - offer them early and often! Don't hide them, let your child taste vegetables just as they are - simple and flavorful. 

Our nutrition dense & delicious vegetable flakes make mission impossible, possible. 

Our vegetable flakes are best for babies and easiest for parents. Our flakes are made in Japan using only vegetables grown in Hokkaido, the northernmost & coldest island of Japan.  Hokkaido vegetables are world renowned for their premium quality (think Kobe beef of vegetables) as they are grown in rich soil, appropriate temperature, and with extra TLC by our passionate farmers. And it's super quick to make. Simply add water to the flakes & stir to make vegetable puree! 

We do everything with kodawari. 

We believe babies and parents both deserve the best. That’s why “kodawari” - the Japanese obsession for care & perfection - is in our DNA. Here are a few of our kodawari: 

• Our quality ingredients come from farmers who are obsessed about their crop. They even harvest vegetables at a specific time of the day so they are at the peak of their sweetness!
• Our products are fully traceable and made without any additives, only 100% Hokkaido vegetables. We use a proprietary manufacturing method that instantly dries & keeps the original taste, texture, and aroma of vegetables 
• Our packages are easy (seal and store) and beautiful for parents to use
