Pumpkin & Yogurt Muffins
Recommended for toddlers (12 months and older)
Ingredients
Makes 6 small muffins
- 1 tablespoon Baby Potage kabocha squash (kabocha)
- 3.5oz (100g) all-purpose flour
- 1.8oz (50g) yogurt
- 1 egg
- 50ml milk
- 0.4oz (10g) butter
- 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar or coconut sugar
- 0.14oz (4g) baking powder
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 360F
- Melt the butter
- Beat the eggs in a bowl, then add sugar, yogurt, milk, and melted butter, mixing well each time
- Add flour, baking powder, Baby Potage kabocha squash and mix well
- Divide the mixture into 6 equal portions, pour into muffin tins, and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes
