Only found in Japan and harvested predominantly in Hokkaido in low quantity, the inca potato (a.k.a. Inca no Mezame) is a true gem. Once harvested, our farmers give it extra TLC, letting it sleep in a cool room until it turns perfectly sweet. The vegetable flake is made only from high quality potatoes using a proprietary process that instantly dries and keeps the nutrients and flavor intact.
