Priding itself as the queen of squash, it is bright orange inside and exceptionally sweet with a hint of chestnuts. The secret to its deliciousness is Hokkaido’s extreme temperature difference between day & night. Once harvested, our farmers give it extra TLC, letting it sleep in a cool room for a few months until it turns perfectly sweet. The vegetable flake is made only from high quality kabocha using a proprietary process that instantly dries and keeps the nutrients and flavor intact.
Kabocha squash is a superfood. It offers excellent amounts of fiber, folate, vitamins B6 and A, as well as magnesium and vitamin C. These nutrients support a baby's flourishing gut microbiome, neurodevelopment, metabolism, vision, immunity, and skin health. It's also high in carotenoids which our bodies convert to vitamin A, supporting healthy vision.

Customize the texture of the puree for your baby. Simply adjust the amount of liquid to create the ideal consistency for your baby and their development.
