Yukishita ninnjin) from Hokkaido stands out from any other carrots. Our farmers brave the harsh Hokkaido winter to harvest it as it sleeps under its protective blanket, snow as high as 2 meters. This is the peak of its sweetness & umami as it protects itself from freezing by converting starch into sugar. The vegetable flake is made only from the freshly harvested carrots using a proprietary process that instantly dries and keeps the nutrients and flavor intact.
Carrots are packed with essential nutrients - fiber to aid digestion, vitamin A to support the immune system, vitamin B6 to power the growth and development of a baby’s body. Also, its amazing amount of carotenoids converts to vitamin A in the body and supports healthy vision.
