It requires extra TLC to make it so sweet and pure white. Our farmers harvest it early in the morning at the peak of its sweetness. The vegetable flake is made only from the freshly harvested corns using a proprietary process that instantly dries and keeps the nutrients and flavor intact.
Corn is a whole grain - just like whole wheat and brown rice – and is a good source of fiber-rice carbohydrates, fueling a baby’s growth.
